These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SproutOS ("Service"), operated by POSIMYTH INC, a Delaware corporation.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

“Lifetime” means the period during which SproutOS continues to operate and make the relevant product tier commercially available.

If SproutOS is discontinued or the company ceases operations, lifetime access ends on the date of product discontinuation notice.
We will provide reasonable notice prior to discontinuation.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
All rights in SproutOS, including software, branding, and systems, remain the exclusive property of POSIMYTH INC.
User data belongs to you.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
SproutOS integrates third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
AI-generated outputs:
We do not guarantee:
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use.
We do not use your data for AI training unless required to improve service functionality and in anonymized form.
